For the mini muffins, place paper baking cups in the muffin pan or grease the mini muffin pan. Mix the egg with the coconut oil, add the coconut blossom sugar and coconut milk, mix the flour and baking powder and stir in.

Now spread the mixture in the mini muffin tins and put a small piece of white chocolate in each mini muffin. Bake the mini muffins at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes – test with chopsticks!
