Instructions:

Simmer water, lemongrass and sugar on low heat for 10 min. and then strain into a pot.

Wash the orange and lime well and rub dry. Thinly grate the peel and then squeeze the fruit. Add to the pot.

Peel the mango, cut it from the core and cut it into cubes. Add to the pot with the kaffir lime leaves.

Bring everything to the boil again and serve the mango punch immediately hot in tea glasses.
