For the marble cake, cream the butter, add the sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks alternately. Mix everything together for 15 minutes.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk. Fold in the stiff peaks. Take out 1/3 of the dough and mix with the sour cream and sugar mixed cocoa.

Pour both types of dough alternately into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
