Beat yolks, oil and water until foamy. Gradually stir in sugar and lemon juice. Beat the egg whites to snow. Fold the snow and the flour mixed with baking powder alternately into the mass. Stir until smooth and add the cocoa to half the mixture. Pour the two doughs alternately into the pan.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 55 to 60 minutes on the middle shelf.
