Instructions:

Gut and wash the trout. Mix all ingredients to a marinade, put the trout in it and let it marinate covered in the refrigerator for one day. Wrap the trout individually with some of the ingredients from the marinade in aluminum foil and cook in the oven at 180 °C for approx. 10 – 12 minutes. Turn in between.
