For the marzipan clouds, beat the egg whites and salt to a not too firm snow, let the sugar trickle in and mix together with the grated marzipan to a smooth mass.

Finally, stir in the flour. Preheat the oven to 180°. Fill the mixture into a piping bag and pipe clouds onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Bake the marzipan clouds for approx. 10 – 12 minutes.
