For the marzipan snails, roll out the marzipan on a sugared work surface to the size of the puff pastry.

Place on the thawed puff pastry and press gently to the dough with your hands. Roll dough tightly, cut into 1 cm thick slices and place on baking parchment and tray.

Bake the marzipan snails in the preheated oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
