Stir crème fraîche with curry, season with chili pepper and salt. Finely dice the apple, fillet and chop the orange.

Stir into the sauce together with the herbs.

Cut the matjes fillets into wide pieces and let them soak in the sauce.

Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
