Maukenescht or Mauganeschtle: secret place where people talk. Stew Maultaschen in hot beef broth for 10-15 minutes. Spicy tomato sauce: cut tomatoes and pour boiling hot water over them until they are covered. After a few min. it is possible to peel off the skin. If you don’t have time, you can also use peeled tomatoes from a can. In a Reindl oil form and warm on medium fire. Add onions, salted meat and salami.
