Instructions:

Mix minced meat, egg and onion soup powder. Form eight flat loafs from the mixture.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the meatballs in it for 5 minutes on each side.

Mix vinegar, salt and pepper. Whisk in 3 tablespoons of oil. Cut chives into fine rolls and fold in.

Pick lettuce, cut tomatoes into eighths, cut cucumber into slices. Mix salad ingredients and marinade.

Cut butter into eight thin slices, place on top of meat loaf and sprinkle with fried onions.

Arrange with lettuce and serve.
