Instructions:

For the filling, peel and finely chop the onion and fry in a little oil until golden. Add the minced meat and fry. After cooling, season with salt, bell pepper, cayenne bell pepper, paprika powder and Worcester sauce. For the dumplings, melt margarine and mix with egg yolk. Brush each two strudel sheets with it and put them together. Using a round notched cookie cutter (5 cm in diameter), cut out slices of dough, cover with the salmon ham and place a mound of filling on top. Brush the edges of the dough circles with egg yolk, fold and press together. Place the pastries on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush the surface with egg yolk and sprinkle with Parmesan and caraway seeds. Bake in the preheated oven at 220 °C for approx. 10 – 15 minutes until golden brown.
