For the Mediterranean pasta salad, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and then rinse with cold water. While the pasta is cooking, chop the tomatoes and mozzarella to taste.

Mix the chopped ingredients with the pasta and fold in the arugula. Mix a dressing of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and pour it over the Mediterranean pasta salad.
