For the Mediterranean puff pastry buns, mix strained tomatoes with garlic, oregano and thyme. Put the olives in a sieve, drain well and chop finely. Wash the zucchini, dry, grate and squeeze well.

Roll out the puff pastry and spread with tomato sauce, leaving a piece of the edge free. Spread olives, zucchini and grated cheese evenly on the pastry and sprinkle with Italian herbs.

Roll up the roll, using the baking paper from the long side and cut with a sharp knife into pieces about 2 cm wide. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake the snails in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden brown and serve immediately.
