For the men’s cake, melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Mix the cocoa and sugar together and add to the butter.

Mix everything well and let the mixture cool down. Sift the flour with the baking powder. Beat the eggs with a mixer until foamy and stir in the flour and baking powder mixture.

Then add the well cooled cocoa mass. Add the rum and the chopped chocolate to the batter.

Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan. Bake for approx. 60 minutes at 160 °C (top and bottom heat, middle shelf).

After cooling, cover the cake with dark chocolate coating.
