Hard boil 2 eggs for 10 min. Soak bread rolls in cold water.

Remove peel from onions and finely dice. Clean peppers and cut into pieces. Knead together minced meat, squeezed out buns, remaining eggs and half of the onion cubes. Add half of the bell pepper pieces. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Discard eggs and peel.

Shape mince mixture into an oval loaf. Press the hard-boiled eggs into the center. Put the loaf on an oiled pan of the oven and cook at 175 degrees (gas: level 2) for about 1 hour.

In the meantime, remove peel from potatoes, cut into wedges and roast in butter for 15-20 minutes, turning. Clean chili peppers, cut lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into rings.

Roast remaining bell pepper pieces and onion cubes with the chili rings in olive oil for 5 min. Add drained hominy and kidney beans. Add tomatoes with juice and steam for 10 min.

Season with salt and a little sugar. Cut garlic into slices.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the minced meat, arrange on a platter with the vegetables and garnish with parsley to taste. Serve with roast potatoes.
