Instructions:

For the milk slice cake, first prepare the sponge dough. For the sponge dough, beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture is very light (light yellow).

Mix all other ingredients together and then fold in. Pour into a cake pan and bake at 180 degrees until nothing sticks when poked with a needle.

Remove from oven, let cool, cut apart, and fill. Spread with heated jam (currant jelly) and glaze.

For the cream, whip the whipped cream, whip the Qimiq in the same way. Melt the chocolate over a water bath (possibly with a little butter).

Mix whipped cream, Qimiq, chocolate, honey and orange zest. For the glaze, melt the chocolate with butter and cover the cake with it.
