Instructions:

Salt, milk, vanilla pulp and millet about thirty minutes on low heat to thick porridge lightly roll.

Mix sugar, almond kernels, grated citrus peel and juice, dried apricots with the porridge, fill into the prepared molds or cups, solidify.

Turn out, garnish with fruit.

It goes well with: Fruit sauces, fruit salad, vanilla sauce or any compote.

Tip: Instead of millet, use long grain rice (e.g. Carnolino).
