Wash the millet very hot.
Put the vegetable soup and when it boils, add the millet. Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Do not forget to stir. All the water must be gone. Then let the millet swell a bit more.
In the meantime, chop the onion and put the grated carrots in a bowl. To the carrots add the onion, millet, eggs, whole wheat flour and some salt. Mix the ingredients together. Put some oil in a frying pan and form loafs from the mixture.
Then place the millet loafs in the hot fat. If you have a coated pan, you will hardly need any fat. Fry the loafs on one side until crispy. Only then turn the loafs over, otherwise they will easily fall apart.
