Grate cheese very finely. Milk, millet flakes, yolks, cheese and spices stir well until a mushy quantity, which should rest for half an hour.
add a little salt to the egg white form and whip until creamy. Gently fold the stiff egg whites into the millet mixture. Bake golden pancakes with the dough.
Serve with: leek vegetables or raw vegetable salads
