For the millet pancakes with bananas and kiwi, soak 120 g millet flakes in 200 ml milk the night before (or warm milk in the morning). Separate eggs, stir yolks and raisins or cranberries into the milk-millet mixture, beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Heat a little butter in a skillet and drop cookies by tablespoonfuls into pan. Cover and bake over medium heat until golden, flip and finish baking. Meanwhile, slice fruit and place between the finished pancakes. Serve the millet pancakes with bananas and kiwi with honey or agave syrup.
