Clean the cabbage, cut into strips and rinse. Blanch (scald) and peel the tomatoes, peel and dice the onion. Heat oil, add onion and mince and roast, season with salt, pepper.

Crumble half of the cheese and fold in. Put everything in a greased gratin dish, add half of the savoy.

Mix the whipped cream and eggs, season with salt and pepper and pour over the cabbage. Fill the minced meat into the form, spread cheese evenly on it.

Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
