For minced meat loaf, cut the bread roll into small pieces and soak in water. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Squeeze the rolls very well and mix with the onion and garlic. Add the minced meat and mix well.

Now add the eggs, marjoram, parsley, salt, pepper and the breadcrumbs and mix well. Put the mixture in a cool place for 15 minutes and then form loaves.

Heat oil in a frying pan and slowly fry the mince patties over medium heat until nicely browned.

Remove the minced meatballs from the pan and drain well on a piece of kitchen roll.
