Instructions:

Peel the onion and chop finely. Soak the bread roll in a little water and squeeze well.

Put 400 g of half lean pork, half lean beef through the machine, work together with the bread roll, the chopped onion and an egg.

Season with pepper, salt and a pinch of nutmeg and work well again.

Form round dumplings, flatten the dumplings a bit, turn them in flour and fry them floating in hot fat. Drain well on paper towels.
