Instructions:

Soak the rolls in lukewarm water, squeeze and strain. Peel and press the garlic.

Wash and chop the parsley. Peel onion, chop finely and roast in heated butter until golden. Mix minced meat, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, eggs, breadcrumbs and garlic to a homogeneous mass.

Season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Preheat oven to 170 °C. Spread out the watered belly net on a board, place the meat on it and form it into a roll.

Roll into the net and roast for about 1 hour. While doing so, keep basting the minced roast.
