Minced Roast with Feta Cheese

Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

1. soak rolls until cooled. Peel and finely dice onion. Rinse parsley and chop, except for a small bit for garnish. Cut cheese into cubes.

2. squeeze the bread. Knead together with parsley, egg, mince and onion. Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika. Carefully fold in cheese cubes. Form minced dough into an oblong loaf. 3.

Grease grease pan of the oven with 1 tbsp. oil. Place minced meat on it. Roast in the heated oven (electric oven: 200 degrees convection oven: 180 degrees / gas: level 3) for approx. 1 hour.

In the meantime, remove the peel from the potatoes, rinse and cut into quarters. Clean and rinse beans, melanzani and zucchini. Cut the melanzani in half lengthwise. Cut zucchini and melanzani into slices. Remove the skin from the vegetable onion and cut into coarse pieces or fine slices. 5.

Cook the beans in a little boiling salted water with the lid on for about 15 minutes until tender. Heat 2 tbsp. oil. Fry potatoes and onion for about 10 minutes, turning frequently. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Add melanzani and zucchini and sauté briefly. Add tomatoes with liquid and let them boil. Mash tomatoes a little and steam everything together for about 10 minutes. Drain and stir in the beans.

Arrange minced meat and vegetables. Garnish with a parsley leaf.
