Cook millet according to package directions.

For the vegetable mixture, bring water to a boil. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until soft.

In the meantime, heat oil in a frying pan. Fry minced meat together with garlic powder in it until hot. Keep warm.

Mix the vegetables with millet and mince well. Season the pan with salt and herbs to taste and serve.
