Instructions:

First place the vegetables, vegetable soup, tomato paste and pasta in an unperforated cooking container. Cook in the Miele steamer:

Settings:Temperature: 100° C Cooking time: approx. 14 min.

Chop the parsley and basil and add after cooking. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

When serving, sprinkle the minestrone with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Serve with the minestrone baguette.
