For the mini cheese pizzas, grease a tray for mini pizzas with oil. Roll out the pizza dough, cut out the dough with a round cookie cutter and press it into the molds.

Raise the edge so that the cavities are completely lined with dough (half the height of the mold is enough for a muffin pan).

Keep some nice basil leaves, chop the others. Mix the cheese and chopped basil well and divide among the ramekins.

Add a little salt and pepper. Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 12 – 15 minutes. Remove from the mold with the help of a soup spoon and then serve topped with halved cherry tomatoes or the finely chopped flesh of a normal tomato and basil leaves.
