1 kg black cherries pitted, 1/2 kg raspberries, 1/2 kg gooseberries, 1/2 kg currants, 1/2 kg strawberries are cleaned, freed from stalk and flowers. To this are added 1 3/4 kg of fine granulated sugar. As soon as possible, place the fruit in layers with the sugar sprinkled between them in a suitable bowl, heat to 90 °C and put away. After cooling, the jars are filled and sterilized at 80 °C for 20 minutes.
