The cleaned and washed root vegetables and kohlrabi are cut into uniform small cubes. Then stew the vegetables in fat until half soft and add salt. Steam until the juice is reduced and add the finely chopped parsley. Stew everything together, sprinkle flour on top, pour water or bone broth and bring to a boil.

The green peas are boiled in a separate saucepan until soft and then added to the vegetables with their juice. Add sugar and milk and bring to a boil. You can also cook the mixed vegetables in such a way that you boil the vegetables and thicken them with a light roux to which you add parsley.
