Instructions:

Make pudding with the milk as well as the pudding powder, without adding sugar, and cool.

Heat the water and add to the instance coffee (about 4-5 spoons). Also cool.

Cream the butter and first fold in the sifted powdered sugar by the spoonful, then the pudding.

Stir the coffee into the cream in small amounts.

Taste in between, the cream should taste slightly of mocha, the flavor will be more intense with time.

Cut the cake base 2 times.

Each cake layer can be soaked with a mixture of coffee and amaretto. Fill the cake with the cream with the help of a cake ring and chill it for at least 4 hours, better still for one night.

Spread the cake with whipped cream and decorate it.
