Instructions:

Soak peppers in water for 15 minutes, then drain well. Grind to a fine paste with garlic, cumin, chili peppers and sea salt, gradually adding olive oil. Depending on the desired consistency, stir in a little breadcrumbs or water. Season with vinegar. For the milder version (mojo rojo) omit the chili.
