For the Montafon chicken schnitzel, lightly pound the chicken schnitzel, season and fry in hot butter on both sides.

Remove the schnitzel from the pan, then add bacon and onion to the pan and sauté until translucent.

Pour in wine and soup and return the soup to the pan and steam the meat for 20 minutes.

Arrange the soft chicken cutlets on a platter and keep warm, covered.

Melt the processed cheese in the sauce, stir until smooth and lastly add the cream mixed with cornflour.

Let the sauce boil away, season with nutmeg and pour over the Montafon chicken schnitzels, finally sprinkle with chopped parsley.
