Instructions:

For the Moonshine punch, peel the citrus fruit with a peeler and cut the peel into julienne strips. Then squeeze out the juice.

Now heat this slowly in a pot with all the other ingredients, but do not let it boil.

Remove from the heat just before the boiling point and leave to infuse for 20 minutes, covered. Strain.

Reheat the moonshine punch but do not boil. Serve in tea glasses.
