Rinse the fish, dry and season with salt. Remove the skin from the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Cut the onions into cubes as well. Clean the squid, cut and fry briefly.

Fry the onions in oil, add the tomatoes, stew briefly, add half of the coke milk and make a creamy sauce. Add the fish, shrimps and squid and cook on a low flame. Turn once to the other side. Just before serving, add the remaining coconut milk, bring to the table with chopped cilantro leaves.
