Instructions:

Heat oil in a large frying pan, shred the bison meat in it and stir-fry for 3 min. Add onion and garlic, fry for another 5 min. Add cocoa powder, chili spice, paprika, cinnamon, oregano, salt, cumin, black pepper and the herb mixture and continue to fry for 2 min.

Then add the tomato sauce, beans, tomatoes, water and chili, stir well and simmer gently for 45 to 60 min. Serve with the desired side dishes.
