Instructions:

Mix the eggs with cream, salt and pepper in a baking bowl.

Chop the marjoram and add. Cut the tomatoes into thick slices and dice the mozzarella. Melt half of the butter in a non-stick pan. Pour in half of the egg mixture and lightly fry. Then evenly spread half of the tomato slices and cheese cubes on top. Bake the omelet with the lid closed. Keep warm. Bake a second omelet with the remaining ingredients in the same way.
