Instructions:

Knead all the ingredients for the dough, form into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

In the meantime, wash and pit the cherries to taste.

For the filling, mix the two sugars, whipping cream and yolks. Add the cherries.

Preheat the oven to 160 °C. Grease a cake tin.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out. Put it into the form and press it down. Pour in the filling, smooth it out and put the cake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
