For the mushroom tomato sauce, clean the mushrooms and slice thinly. Heat the olive oil in a pan until very hot and stir-fry the mushrooms until brown.

When the mushrooms are brown, add the garlic and add the tomatoes. Stir in Italian herbs, chili and salt and simmer for 5 minutes.

Season with salt and serve with the fresh basil.
