Instructions:

For the mushrooms in balsamic, brush off the mushrooms, clean them and cut them into leaves. Peel the garlic and cut into fine cubes.

Sauté the garlic in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until translucent. Add the honey and let it caramelize while stirring constantly.

Add the sliced mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.

Fry until all the water that has escaped has evaporated.

Remove the mushrooms from the heat and mix in Crema Balsamico.

Let cool and before serving the mushrooms in balsamic drizzle a dash of olive oil.
