Total time: 45 min

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Mix buckwheat with egg in a baking bowl until all grains are coated with egg.

Stir this amount in a frying pan over medium heat until the grains are lightly browned and dry.

Add salt, half the butter and water. Mix thoroughly and gently toss on lowest heat for 20 minutes. The water should now be absorbed. Set aside.

Sauté the onions separately at the beginning, then the mushrooms in the remaining butter. The Schwammerln on large fire, so that all liquid evaporates.

Then add both to the kasha form and season repeatedly. Note: Buckwheat is classified here under cereals, although it has nothing to do with wheat or any other cereal grain, because buckwheat is a knotweed plant. Buckwheat is called a cereal because its hard-shelled fruit resembles a grain, it is triangular.
