Instructions:

For the nectarine cake, knead all the ingredients for the dough with the dough hook of a mixer. If the dough is too sticky, knead in some more flour. For the topping, prepare the pudding from the milk, sugar and pudding powder and let it cool a bit, then stir in the curd and yogurt. Divide the dough in half and roll out one part for the pastry base and the edge. Grease a 26 cake pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the dough in the springform pan and raise the rim to about 2 inches. Spread the pudding mixture on the dough, then spread the peeled nectarines cut into wedges on top. Roll out the remaining dough, cut it into strips about 1.5 cm wide and place them on the fruit like a grid. Brush the lattice with a little milk and bake in the oven preheated to 180° for about 45 minutes. Before cutting, the nectarine cake should be completely cooled.
