Instructions:

Mix all ingredients well ! The dough should not be too sticky. If necessary, add ground almond kernels. Mix half of the dough (approx. 300 g) with 2 tbs. carob powder and 1 tbs. maple syrup. Press the “chocolate”-nut mixture into a loaf pan sprinkled with sesame seeds and smooth with a spoon. Do the same with the other half of the dough (light dough).

Then press some more thick hazelnuts into both molds and dry them for one night. The following day, loosen the dough from the edge of the molds, turn out the dough sheets and carefully cut them into bars.
