Cut the onion into large cubes. Coarsely grate the carrots, chop the parsley, grind the nuts. Mix all ingredients and season. Pour the mixture into an oblong gratin dish. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Boiled, peeled potatoes and fresh leaf salad go very well with it.
