Instructions:

For Nutella Petits Fours, first preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Mix the mascarpone until creamy, stir in the Nutella, cover with cling film and refrigerate.

Beat eggs with sugar until thick and fluffy, then fold in flour with a whisk. Spread the batter on the prepared tray and bake for about 10 minutes.

Let the sponge cake cool on the tray. Then cut in half, spread one half with Nutella cream, place the other half on top and press down lightly. Cover and refrigerate preferably overnight, but at least 3 hours.

Melt the couverture. Cut the prepared sponge cream plate into small cubes, coat with milk chocolate coating and let dry. Use the remaining couverture to decorate the Nutella Petits Fours as desired.
