For the Nutella rice cake, first prepare the base. For the rice cake base, melt the chocolate and Nutella.

Crumble the rice cakes and stir into the melted chocolate and Nutella mixture. Pour into a springform pan lined with baking paper and let set in the refrigerator.

Spread the curd cheese with the powdered sugar on the rice cake base. Garnish with fresh raspberries and melted chocolate.

Let stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then cut into pieces and serve.
