For the Nutella slice, mix powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, water, cocoa and egg yolks.

Add flour and baking powder and mix everything together. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold into the mixture.

Line the baking sheet with butter and flour to prevent the dough from sticking to the baking sheet. Pour the finished dough evenly onto the baking sheet.

Bake at 180 to 200 degrees for about 15 – 20 minutes. Then let the dough cool down.

For the cream, mix the patisserie cream for 5 minutes. Then add the cream stiffener and the powdered sugar. Mix for at least 5 more minutes until the cream is nice and firm.

If you like, you can also mix pickled pears into the cream. Pour half of the mixture onto the dough.

Add Nutella to the other half and fill it on the white layer. Finally, drizzle a few chocolate sprinkles on the Nutella slice.
