Instructions:

For the gratinated omelet pizza, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Make an omelet dough with milk, flour, salt and eggs and fry 4 omelets in a little clarified butter. Grease a tart or springform pan the size of the omelets with olive oil.

Place one omelet on the bottom of the pan and top with tomato chunks, salami, peppers, olives and cheese. Sprinkle a little pizza seasoning and salt on top. Then place the next omelet on top and again top with tomatoes, salami, peppers, cheese and olives.

Season with seasoning and salt. Place the third omelet on top and proceed with topping as before.

The fourth omelet serves as a lid. Sprinkle some cheese on the lid and bake the omelet pizza for about 15 to 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
