For the orange cream, mix buttermilk, orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Dissolve gelatine according to package instructions and stir in. Cut the orange into small cubes and stir into the cream.

Then fill into dessert bowls and refrigerate the orange cream for a few hours.
