A simple but delicious cake recipe. 1:

1. squeeze the juice from 6 oranges (about 700-750 ml). Remove peel from remaining oranges with a sharp knife so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove orange fillets from between the separating skins. Set fillets aside. Remove peel from ginger and cut into coarse pieces. Cut vanilla bean in half lengthwise and scrape out pith.

2. caramelize sugar in a saucepan until light brown. Extinguish with white wine and fill up with orange juice. Add ginger, vanilla bean and pulp and make over medium heat for 5 min. Remove from heat and steep for 20 min.

5. top long grain rice with orange fillets and blueberries and sprinkle with flaked almonds and pistachios.
